I’m Christian Smith a creative in Redding California. At the moment I work for Bethel Media and take on freelance work. For the last few years I have been growing in leadership and developing my product design skills.

I have been focusing on product design for the past few years and love it. I have been growing a lot in my leadership skills, managing people, helping organize and set expectations, and working with directors to make informed decisions about our products. At my current job I wear a lot of hats frequently stepping outside of my designer role to assist in things like scoping features, marketing/brand positioning, and roadmap formation. I do like focusing on just design, but my education and working in startup environments has made me very versital in many areas outside of design. I look forward to growing in design and in leadership in the coming years while also continuing to learn about things outside of design.
